We want you to love your new hand-made bag. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:
  1. The bag must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  3. The item should be free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Email us at elizavetabogatskaia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please indicate this in your return email. We'll process the exchange once we receive your returned item.
Exceptions:
  • Customized or personalized bags are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shosholyfrance@gmail.com. We'll arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.
